as we fast and pray and seek "the heart of The LORD.

Fast for the whole day from SOMETHING that has an impact on your normal daily routine. It could be Food, Social Media, Tea / Coffee, Online Games, .... anything that is part of your normal day and set that time aside to pray; then join us at 7:30pm for combined prayer. The challenge is to make this your new weekly routine. Mathew 6:16 - "WHEN you fast ...."

1 How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!
